hashin damage

hello all!


I have a problem, wonder if anyone has encountered this before.

I am using hashin damage for composite and I consider damage evolution with hashin damage.I need to value of longitudinal tensile fracture energy, longitudinal compression ,transverse tensile and transverse compression fracture energy.
Any suggestions on how do i calculate these fracture energy???

The energy value is the area under the stress-strain curve to failure for each of the 4 modes.
